● If you see anything you like but would like it in a different color or fiber please don't hesitate to ask! Just convo me and let me know what you would like!

● If you like a different ribbon or flower color let me know

● Custom Orders can not be returned. They are especially made per your specifications

I will always give you an approx date of completion before i create a custom order. I will also let you know if i can start on project right away or if i am finishing up on other orders. You can always convo me along the way and i will keep you updated.

I take a lot of care in packing your item. They are wrapped in tissue and placed in zip locked bags and smaller items are placed in padded envelopes and larger items are boxed.

Let me know if this is present and you want gift wrapped and/or with card. you can let me know what you want written in card. I will include at no extra charge.

Each item in my store has detail descriptions and include size. If you need something larger or smaller just let me know and i will do my best to accommodate.

All the items in my store have the washing instructions included in the description. If the item is wool or delicate material you will also receive a document in your package for the proper care of you item(s). In addition all items will have care instructions attached to the item.
